Lemon Pot De Creme
Serves 6
1 &1/2 cups lemon juice
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
12 yolks
3 & 3/4 cups cream
1 T lemon zest, minced

Whisk sugar into eggs and egg yolks - then whisk in lemon juice, cream and lemon zest.

Pour 3/4 cup mix into each ramekin. Bake in water bath at 325¼ for 1 hour and 10 minutes - until just set.
