This page is a work in progress.  For now I'm going to use it to post some Controller Simulations discussed on EVDL.  I  captured the data from the serial interface on my Zilla using Hyperterminal on a laptop.  I then opened the captured hex data into FasTrack written by Matt Graham and Shawn Waggoner. http://www.suncoast.net/fastrack.htm   So far I have my 0-45 mph and 0-60 mph plots for 2nd & 3rd gear and 3rd gear only.  These  runs were made with Motor Voltage 160V, Motor amps 1000A, Battery Voltage (sag limit) 110V and Battery Current 1000A.

DisclaimerThese are run with a pack voltage of 192 volts. The times to speeds indicated will most likely be longer if your pack voltage is the same or less than the motor voltage limits.  You will notice from the graphs that my battery voltage does not sag below the Motor Voltage limit.  This would not be the case if my pack voltage WAS  AT the motor voltage limit.

Also, the motor voltages indicated on the graphs are 53% higher than actual.
