The mission is blessed with many fine Christian volunteers who are prepared to give of their time to serve the men and women of the sea. Their talents are many: linguists, musicians, cooks, builders, retirees, and college students, all are blessed to be involved and all are happy to serve. Most of the volunteers travel from Anchorage.
We always need people to help at the Mission in Seward, Alaska. We visit with crew members from around the world throughout the summer (May 15 to Sept 15). Can you help? If you come from Anchorage, we would like you to come to Seward every other week on the same day of the week. This will allow you to see the same ship every time. If you come from out of state (the 'lower 48'), we can provide housing and food while you are here.
