2012 rates are:

Captains Quarters       Daily rate    $159 + 12% CBJ tax
        (Queen bed, priv. balcony, fireplace, & bath, cable TV, wi-fi)

Crews Quarters            Daily rate    $139  + 12% CBJ tax
        (Twin beds, shared bath, VCR, wi-fi)

Colonial Room              Daily rate    $139  +  12% CBJ tax)
        (Queen size bed, shared bath, VCR, wi-fi)

NOTE: "Special rates for extended stay  (3+ days)" 

Rates quoted accommodate two occupants per room, does not include CBJ tax..  Check in 3pm, check out 11 am

Cancellation policy -- two weeks notice required in writing prior to expected arrival date or guest will be charged for first night's lodging.

Conferences and Special Events: Great room with kitchen privileges $200/day
