Halibut
Bob took Eric Sorensen, an intern who worked with him, out in a 14 foot Achilles inflatable for halibut in Cook Inlet. He caught the biggest fish so far in Bob's boat. This fish weighed in at about 135 pounds. Halibut grow to over 450 pounds.
What Bob likes about halibut is that many of them come with the weight already written on them. This takes any guesswork out of determining how much fish is going into the freezer. Here the skilled outdoorsman displays the outcome of two fierce battles between man and beast.
