Questions:

Q: It looks Very Cold. How do you stay warm?

A:That is a good question. We do not want anyone to get wet or cold on their trip. The way that we keep that from happening is by preparation. We require that all guest wear top water dry suits and Neoprene Gloves, a helmet and a life jacket. You can wear good warm clothes and the dry suit and stay completely warm if you fall in the water. We have done extensive testing with this system and have never had any problems staying warm at all. We have tested this through out the year and in bad seas and have stayed warm and dry. This is not just a summer activity either. We do this year round.

Q: If I go on a camping trip will I be setting up my own Tent and things:

A: We run a full participation camp. That means that we want you to help with all the set up, the gathering of wood for the fire, setting up the tents. We do supply all the necessary equipment for camping such as tents and cooking equipment. We ask that you bring your own sleeping bag but with special arrangements and plenty of notice we can provide you with a sleeping bag.

Q:What happens if I fall off the Sea Doo?

A: You will probably get your hair wet. you will stay dry for the most part because you will be wearing a life jacket and a top water dry suit. All you will have to do is swim back over to your Sea Doo and climb back on. Before we leave for any trip we show you how to board your craft from the water. It is all part of the pre-trip safety class that we require you to have before you can go on a trip.

Q: If I fall off, will the Sea Doo keep going and leave me?

A: No. The Sea Doo is equipped with a lanyard on the key that is attached to your life jacket. If you fall off, it will pull the key and shut down the craft. We show you how that works in the pre-trip safety class. Also you will be traveling with a group so there will always be someone there to assist you if needed.

Q:What kind of communication will we have in case of an emergency.

A: Safety is our number one concern. Each craft has a handheld VHF marine radio with extra batteries on board and instruction card on what frequency to operate on. Also the person guiding you will have with him a Satellite phone to be able to contact anyone in the event of an emergency. Proper use and handling of the Marine VHF radio will also be covered in the pre-trip safety class.

Q: What happens if the PWC turns up side down in the water?

A: These personal watercrafts are very hard to turn upside down. We will demonstrate just how hard they are to turn over by doing it on purpose. We show you in the pre-trip safety class how to roll it back up right. It rolls up right very very easy, and anyone can do it.
