On March 4th '09 the County of Maui granted us a permit to continue operating our vacation rental!  We are only the 14th vacation cottage on Maui to have been given this privilege.  We hope that you will visit us and enjoy the calm, relaxing beauty of Upcountry Maui.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservations are held 7 days only, pending receipt of 50% deposit. Credit cards and personal checks are accepted. Reservations made within 30 days of occupancy must be paid in full at the time of booking. The deposit, less a cancellation fee of $100, is refundable up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival, the deposit (less the cancellation fee) is refundable only if we are able to refill the reserved dates.

Check-in Time:  3:00 p.m.

Check-out Time:  11:00 a.m.

No pets, please!

Many of our guests seek the tranquility and calm of The Star Lookout.  It is the ideal location for quiet reflection.  We do not allow parties or gatherings that disturb the peaceful nature of The Star Lookout.  Loud music and raucous behavior are not permitted.  Thank you for your understanding.
