Tazlina is the newest addition to the Sterling household!
She is a female Shiba Inu puppy that was born on April 14, 2002. She came home from the breeder to us on June 14, 2002. She is a purebred that will soon have AKC papers. Her full registered name will be Wilhaven Tazlina Yakone' (Wilhaven is the kennel name--Tazlina means "swift water" in Athabascan--and Yakone' means "red aurora" in Athabascan). Hows that for a true Alaskan name! She may get the nickname Taz, as when she's not eating or sleeping there is a lot of stored up energy to use up! Actually she is very affectionate and well behaved, already housebroken, used to her kennel, quiet unless its time for a potty break and inquisitive and alert to her surroundings! Jeeze--I sound like a proud dad! Which I guess I am, she's a great puppy so far!
