Queen Anne's War; served as Captain in the Expedition to Wood Creek,
1709, acting as Adjutant and Quartermaster of the regiment; was made
Captain of the north company in Wethersfield, May 1715; and in Aug. 1723
was appointed Captain of one of the three companies raised to assist the
towns of Hampshire County, Mass., against the Indians. He served as
Deputy for Wethersfield to the Conn. General Assembly, May and Oct.
