Thank you very much for directing me to your website. I have already gone and found the Comstock/Marvin family my husband was descended from.
It was David Comstock and Hannah Marvin. They had a son named Clark Marvin Comstock, my husband's line. I have researched back to Clark Marvin Comstock on my own, but the info I have past him, I obtained from a Comstock website on Rootsweb. It also states that David Comstock married Hannah Marvin, but there is no other information on Hannah. It does say that David Comstock died in Clinton, NY, but in 1842. However, I'm fairly sure this is the same David Comstock and Hannah Marvin.
I'm hoping to find some descendants of my Clark Marvin Comstock's siblings with the hope they might have some info on Clark Marvin. I try to research indirect lines and hoping others in this family are too.
Thanks again. I really do appreciate your help.
The other Comstock's listed are probably connected to David Comstock. I would have to check further on that. My line Clark Marvin Comstock named a child, David Ebenezer. There was an Ebenezer Comstock in your list.
