All pages created by Trillian's Web Design are required to carry a link back to my site. This can be negotiated during consultation. Their are two choices of button design. Either a standard button type shown here:
or a static button shown in the lower right hand corner.
Half of the cost will be made payable before work will start. Half of that amount will be non-refundable. The rest will be due upon your approval of your site or pages completion. Payment for banner ads or graphics will be due upon your approval of work done. This is negotable at my discretion.
No copyrighted material will be allowed due to regulation unless it is copyrighted by you or your company with your companies permission, or it is permited for use by web owners/designers or for personal use and all terms of use are followed.
All pages and sites designed by Trillian's Web Design will be copyrighted to Trillian's Web Design until work is completed and your bill is paid in full or is otherwise negotiated.
All sites created by, managed by or maintained by Trillian's Web Design will have a link from my site. These links are accessable from the page " View my Work ".
A written contract will be agreed upon and signed by both parties before work will commence.
All or any of these
terms may be revised at any time without notice.
