| As I said in the home page, our boxes arrived on May 21, 2004 and we started unpacking and began to inventory the parts almost immediately. The first photo shows how well the boxes and parts were packaged inside the boxes. This photo was taken after the outside layer of cardboard was removed. |

| My box was damaged, photo below. It was noted by the shipping company, but when we opened the boxes they were so well packed that there was no damage to any of the contents. |

| This shows the process of extracting each part from the packing tape and bags. The folks at CLC have the packaging process down to a fine science! It paid off by protecting the contents even when the boxes were damaged. |  |
| These are the miscellaneous parts packaged separately. Everything was nicely packaged and labeled where needed. We inventoried everything and were only missing some minor parts. A call to the company got those parts immediately on the way. They explained that since this was such a new kit that they were still finalizing the list of parts needed. |
