Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center

AWCC provides visitors with the opportunity to view Alaskan wildlife up close. Amateur photographers have the opportunity to take award winning photographs while animals display their natural, “wild”, behavior.
It is located on 160 acres at the southern edge of Turnagain Arm and the entrance to Portage Valley.
During the spring and summer, visitors may also see baby orphaned animals that AWCC has taken in.
