
What do Southeast Alaskans eat? Well, if you guessed plenty of seafood, you are right! Our menus feature salmon, halibut, Dungeness crab, and other seafood, along with plenty of "regular" food. We follow low fat cooking principals, and work around your diet wants and needs. Our chef's motto: "Feed 'em good food and plenty of it!" Our dinners are often built around both a meat and a seafood entree. The picture above shows Captain Francis' special SalmonValkyrie. What a treat!
