A-1 Yankovich Inn B and B "your home away from home" is located in the rolling hills above the University of Alaska, minutes from downtown Fairbanks, airport, or train station. We're located on the top of a hill, on a two-acre estate, which abounds in wildlife and borders the Muskox farm. It is not unusual to find a moose strolling through the grounds browsing on willows.

The Fairbanks Golf and Country Club is close by. Relax under our canopied lawn chairs, sipping your favorite beverage and enjoy the Alaskan fresh air and wildlife.

We're open year round!
